RaffleLink's State Certified Truly Random Draw Algorithm:

Log in to your Raffle Admin portal on the draw date and time

Click the "Draw Raffle" button to activate our random draw algorithm to select your winners.

The winners' list will appear on your screen immediately with the winner's contact information, and you can announce and notify the winners as you see fit

RaffleLink will send a notification email to the winners around two days after the draw.

Switch to Online: If you've changed your mind, you can enter in all your buyers details to issue them new online tickets via email and conduct the draw digitally

‍Print Out The Online Tickets: Use our Manual Sales Report to print ticket stubs for inclusion in a barrel draw. The downloadable guide can help ensure the paper size matches. You may start printing before the draw using the ongoing Manual Draw Report.

‍Marble Draw: For limited prizes, draw numbered ping-pong balls (0-9) from a container to form a winning ticket number. Adjust the pool based on the ticket count (e.g., for 4,000 tickets, start with numbers 0-3). Draw from the highest to lowest range, replacing balls after each draw.
