Finding Prizes

The most common way organizations find prizes is through donations and sponsorships from local businesses

The second way is to purchase unique and exotic prizes that cater to your follower base. 

Lastly, the simplest prize is cash and/or gift cards. Learn about the 50-50 Cash Raffle here

Applying For Permits

Most raffles do NOT need permits or they can be avoided. Read our guides here or reach out for a free consultation

If a permit is required, the organization must apply for it themselves. RaffleLink cannot do so on its behalf, but we provide all the necessary documentation in your admin portal (received after registration)

Finding Images & Making A Banner

Use a graphic design tool like Canva to customize your banner or select an Adobe stock image and we'll upload it for you

If an image or banner doesn't fit right, send it to us and we'll resize it for you

Checking and Testing Your Raffle Page

Use our preview feature to share your raffle page with your committee and receive feedback before activating

Once live, make a test transaction to ensure everything is working properly and let us know to refund and cancel the transaction

Extending Your Raffle

Regulations allow you to extend your rather end date but only if you notify all existing ticket holders.

Use our handy extension feature to automatically send an email to all your ticket holders about the extension and update your end date automatically
