Send out a well crafted email to all your followers announcing the raffle and emphasizing your cause

Sponsors

Sponsors are looking for one main outcome when sponsoring your raffle – publicity.

Provide them with shareable material in the form of an email or Facebook post about your raffle that they can easily share with their customers.

Social Media

Use our share links on your raffle page to post onto Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X.com etc.

Pin the post and add your RaffleLink URL to your bio so your followers can always find the link

Events

Create excitement by hosting an event for the raffle

Print off QR codes, man a cash sales booth, and have ticket sellers out helping customers

Posters & Flyers

Put up flyers at your school, sports facility, or venue

Include the QR code for easy access to the Raffle URL

Traditional Media

Reach out to your local newspaper and TV/Radio Station and explain your cause and see if they will give you a quick shoutout!

Our Tips

First 10 Days

Early Bird Draws can be an incentive for ticket buyers to respond quickly to your promotion. You could conduct a mini draw from the first 100 tickets sold or have a date deadline such as tickets bought before a set date.

During Raffle

If your raffle prize has unique appeal to a particular group of people, then seek them out.   For example if you are raffling a motorbike, saddle, concert tickets then Google for businesses, bloggers clubs or interest groups in your area that may be able to share your promotion with their database. They can only say no.

7 Days Before Your Draw

Post about your raffle on social media at least 5 times this week

Create a sense of urgency in your raffle’s final days.  Email again to your database with a motivational call to action “only two days left to buy tickets!”

Try a countdown app to generate excitement on Facebook in the last week of your raffle

The Week After Your Draw

Post a thank you notice on your social media pages that covers how much was raised and thank sponsors (tag your sponsors if you know how to do this!)
