Every year, over 15,000 members of our community find it difficult to get to and from their important medical appointments.
To support these community members, the Patient Transport Program provides a free transportation service for patients who do not have access to safe or reliable transport.
All proceeds support the Barwon Health Volunteer Patient Transport Program.
